When the weather warms up, upstream water "overflows", such that it flows on top of the ice. Very wet, very c Wet overflow on wheels. More overflow. Jeff and Tim in the background for scale. In the rainshadow of the Alaska Range.
Twenty five degree BELOW zero. Trail conditions at Farewell Lakes. Buffalo Camp. Mile 265 Denali from the northwest (Note from Kenny-the-web-guy: This is a very rare view of Denali.)
Looking North, 35 miles to Nikolai. Marten pelts at the Nikolai checkpoint. Mile 300. Jeff--what a hunk-o-man. Bigass Beaver.
